Sousuke Banba’s search for UMAs takes on new urgency now that he must find a way to defeat the original Kagewani before Kimura’s Kagewani clone overwhelms him, with the appearance of a new Kagewani hunter and the meddling of Kimura’s boss only further complicating matters.
Action focused with secondary horror elements. It quickly abandons the mostly episodic structure of the prequel to move Banba and Kimura’s story to the forefront, making it necessary to watch that first.

The sudden death of Zeon Zum Deikun from a suspiciously-timed heart attack triggers violent riots throughout the space colonies, leading directly to the formation of a new power which stands opposed to the Earth-based Federation government. Deikun’s two surviving children find themselves targets and are forced into hiding, eventually taking drastically different paths through life to end up on opposing sides of the conflict between the Federation and newly minted Zeon forces.
A character-focused war drama laced with action scenes and reaction-based comic relief. It’s a prequel to the first Gundam series and can be watched without having seen anything else in the franchise.

Not every day has to be a life or death experience, and in the downtime between world-shaking events the mages of the Fairy Tail guild often find themselves doing more mundane things such as cleaning a pool, training at the beach, or relaxing at a water park.
A collection of side-stories primarily focused on ecchi and comedy. Though most of them take place at various points during the parent series (1 & 3 are in the 69-97 range, 4 is post-123, 5 is between 170 & 171, and 7-9 are post-201), a couple (2 & 6) are stand-alone what-ifs.

Though Sakura Mamiya has been able to see spirits since she was a child, it has never been of much use and she wishes it would fade away. In highschool however she meets Rinne Rokudou, who works to send lost/evil spirits on to their next reincarnation, and her ability allows her to help him complete his tasks.
A comedy with occasional action scenes, a love-polygon subplot, and an extremely strong poverty theme. The comedy style leans toward deadpan reaction humor and slapstick, with situational and parody elements also making an appearance.

The third is an action-centric prequel centering on the event that triggered Satou’s transformation from soldier to terrorist.

The members of Libra are invited to a dinner party as congratulations for successfully defending the town, a gathering that gets crashed by a criminal organization.
A mix of comedy and action similar to the parent series weighted heavily toward comedy. While it takes place after that, the story is essentially stand-alone as long as you know who the characters are.
