Pop Team Epic

Popuko, short and quick to anger, and Pipimi, tall and laid back, are two halves of the whole that is Pop Team Epic. Two rude and crude schoolgirls who often find themselves in all sorts of bizarre and surreal situations.

A gag comedy focused on abstract/random and meta 4th-wall breaking humor. Be aware that most episodes repeat themselves halfway through with different voice actors, and that while based on a manga strip much of the content is Anime-original.

Hana Ichinose has just moved into a new town to stay with her cousin while she starts her first year of high school. Shy and a bit anxious she worries about not being able to make any friends, a fear quickly allayed when her classmates Tamate Momochi, Eiko Tokura, and Kamuri Sengoku almost immediately reach out to include her in their group.

A schoolgirl slice of life comedy with a small amount of ecchi and moderate level of yuri.

Living alone in her grandmother’s dilapidated mansion, Kanae Otowa finally finds a buyer and is preparing to move out when suddenly Beethoven and Mozart arrive on her doorstep claiming to have been sent by her father. They are ClassicaLoids, beings able to use a mysterious power they call musik to produce fantastical visual effects, and both their origins and intentions are shrouded in mystery.

A random-style comedy featuring occasional semi-dramatic subplots and a few school life segments in the first half.

Rin Shima enjoys camping in the off-season when she can have the grounds to herself and just relax in the wilderness while reading a book or just soaking in the scenery. On this trip however she runs into Nadeshiko Kagamihara, who just moved into town and ended up stranded at the campsite after falling asleep. The two strike up a friendship and the experience prompts Nadeshiko to join the school’s Outdoors Activity Club.

A partly educational schoolgirl slice of life series with a moderate amount of comedy.

One morning Yuu Oosawa comes across the mysterious transfer student Koizumi standing in line outside of a ramen shop. Seeing this as her chance to finally strike up a conversation, she soon discovers that the only thing on Koizumi’s mind is ramen; she’s a ramen fanatic with an encyclopedic knowledge of the dish who constantly visits new locations to experience different flavors.

A series that’s part educational ramen travelogue and part schoolgirl comedy with a moderate yuri subtheme.

The time for the annual culture festival has arrived and Arata is talked into being in charge of the boys’ side while Chizuru volunteers to lead the girls’, offering a perfect opportunity for them to grow closer together.

A mix of comedy, drama, and romance. It’s a conclusion to the ReLIFE web series and should be watched after that.

Although Keisuke Saji constantly fantasies about women he hasn’t had any luck finding a girlfriend. Late one night he gets a call from ‘Alice’ who asks to meet up and exchange a gift for sexual services, and overjoyed he heads out to the location… only to discover the call was a prank. He notices that his classmate Akira Koizumi is there as well and soon realizes that she’s the one who made the prank call, resulting in Akira spontaneously deciding to take on the role of ‘Alice’ herself.

A heavy-fanservice romantic comedy with a small streak of personal drama and occasional topless scenes. The humor is a mix of slapstick and ecchi.

Cool and collected at work, Chisato Mizusawa becomes a completely different person when alcohol’s involved. It’s a side she keeps hidden from everyone except her husband, who makes a point of preparing a variety of cocktails for her enjoyment.

An episodic romance that shows how to make a different drink each episode, with comedy mostly centered on Chisato’s personality shift.

It’s on the the heels of yet another of these rejections that the manager of a nearby maid cafe suddenly offers her a job… as a sadistic waitress.

A romantic comedy, mainly consisting of reaction-based humor with a bit of slapstick, featuring a small amount of ecchi.

This is the story of his everyday life surrounded by an assortment of colorful characters, both from within and without the industry.

A comedy focused on the lives of novelists and the concept of little sisters which features a large amount of ecchi, both visual and verbal, along with several romance subplots.
