Though initially disinterested, while attending a recital event with a friend Minato Suyama becomes enraptured by the actors’ performances and decides to attend the Suidoubashi Animation Academy to become a voice actor himself. There he meets Chikako Oomori, the previous tenant of his new apartment, a voice acting student who suffers from acute performance anxiety.
