Waking up in a strange house, Yuuta Hibiki can’t remember who he is or who the people around him are. Following the sound of what he assumes to be his name leads to a computer where someone calling themselves ‘Gridman’ implores him to realize his identity. Someone apparently only he can see and hear. Initially writing it off as a hallucination, he’s eventually forced to face reality after being sucked into a computer to fight a giant monster that’s suddenly begun attacking the town.

A combination of character drama and tokusatsu action with a large amount of comic relief and minor romance elements. No familiarity with the live-action Gridman or Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad productions is necessary to watch it.

Zombie Land Saga

Suddenly killed in a traffic accident, 2nd-year highschool student Sakura Minamoto awakens to find herself in a creepy zombie-filled house. Running for her life she manages to escape… only to discover that she herself is a zombie, raised from death to revitalize the fading Saga Prefecture as part of a zombie idol group.

An idol comedy focused on reaction and absurdist humor including a number of secondary dramatic subplots and a few horror elements.

Lost in the forest while investigating rumors of a western-style mansion and mysterious girl, Akari Amano ends up being saved by the vampire Sophie Twilight. Sophie as it turns out is both the inadvertent source of the rumors and, aside from appearance and diet, not much different from a normal person. Akari meanwhile is overjoyed to have found a real doll-like girl and instantly accepts Sophie’s invitation to visit her house.

A yuri-themed romantic comedy with a subfocus on daily-life situational humor.

Asuka Tsuchimiya and the other members of her school’s Radio Research Society gather one evening to perform a ritual rumored to open the door to a parallel dimension. Unsurprisingly the ritual fails. Or does it? Afterward a strange crystal is found, a crystal which seems to be broadcasting some sort of signal at a specific frequency. Inspired by the discovery they decide to try the ritual again using this new frequency… and suddenly find themselves transported to a world of ebony and gold.
