    Retsuko is a 25-year old accountant who constantly has to put up with all sorts of unreasonable and annoying behavior from her superiors and co-workers. She can never express her feelings directly however and so instead vents her frustrations through death metal fantasies and karaoke sessions.

    A short-episode workplace comedy with a chibi artstyle.

    It’s been over 25 years since we last saw the Matsuno sextuplets and now they’re all grown up. Yet… nothing really seems to have changed. Will they every be able to find a job, move out of their parents’ house, or get a girlfriend?

    An episodic gag comedy featuring an assortment of reaction-based, random-style, 4th wall breaking, slapstick, and parody humor. It does not require any familiarity with either of the Osomatsu-kun prequels.

    Searching for clues regarding her brother’s disappearance years earlier, Sophie Hennes learns it has something to do with the term ‘El Dorado’ and falls headfirst into the hidden world of the Horrors. There she would have died if it were not for Sword, the current Golden Demon Knight, who is hunting El Dorado for his own reasons and eventually agrees to let her assist in the search.

    A partly episodic action-drama with some minor horror, comic relief, and ecchi elements. In regard to the two previous Garo animated series, it includes a few character references to Honoo no Kokuin and has no notable connection to Guren no Tsuki.

    Having recovered from their battle against the Vertex, Yuuna and the others settle back into an everyday routine with their Hero Club duties. Something seems to be missing though, someone who should be there is not and Yuuna can’t quite shake her feelings of unease….

    A continuation of Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru focused primarily on drama. It includes a recap of that series and requires having at least seen Washio Sumi no Shou.

  • Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru: Washio Sumi no Shou

    Chosen by their god to fight off the invaders known as Vertex, Sumi Washio and two of her classmates are granted the power to transform into heroes with superhuman fighting abilities. Strength alone is not enough however, and they must learn to effectively work together in order to defeat a progression of ever more powerful foes.

    A stand-alone prequel to Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru featuring a similar mix of action, drama, and often comedic schoolgirl slice of life elements. There are no content differences between the movie and TV versions.

    Follow the girls of the Sanshuu Middle School’s Hero Club as they fulfill the requests of various people needing assistance with an assortment of everyday tasks.

    A short-format schoolgirl slice of life comedy featuring a chibi artstyle. It’s a side-story to Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru and can be viewed as a stand-alone.

    Hailing from a distant place, Escha & Chron wander the cities and countryside of the modern day seeking a way back to their home. In their travels they occasionally come across people whose lives have stalled, people who though their interactions with these two girls manage to discover a path forward.

    A set of short stories with a focus on personal stagnation. The first has a music subtheme while the second leans toward slice of life.

    With Shalltear freed from mind control, Ainz now divides his attention between attempting to discover who was capable of controlling her, continuing to expand his fame as the adventurer Momon, and improving Nazarick’s strategic position though conquest. The first target being the nearby tribes of lizard men.

    A mix of world building, drama, and action interspersed with romance-based comic relief similar to the prequel. As a direct continuation it requires having seen that first.

    Having both become a professional shougi player and lost his family in an accident at a young age, at 17 Rei Kiriyama finds himself adrift in life. A situation which slowly starts to change through his interactions with the three Kawamoto sisters.

    A character drama with a central shougi theme, moderate number of slice of life and school life segments, a few romance elements, and a large amount of comic relief in the form of exaggerated character behavior.
