I can no longer chalk up the consistently disjointed character interactions in the seventh<\/a> Leadale<\/a> novel to simple technical mistakes. At this point I’m convinced that the Anime adaptation just had particularly good scriptwriters. Regardless, I’ll be dropping the series here since in addition to that the length leaves much to be desired (and the unchecked growth of the recap section is fairly alarming as well).<\/p>\n

Joining the above on the dropped pile, the seventh<\/a> Bu o Kiwameru Tame Tenseisu<\/a> novel is even shorter. Adding insult to injury, it also happens to end mid conversation<\/em>. As if that weren’t bad enough, the author goes on in the Afterword about how they ‘have so much more to write’ and ‘think it’s best to be writing multiple series concurrently’. You can’t even finish an arc in this one! It’s just plain insulting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
