The vast majority of the book is centered on the protagonist&#8217;s wedding, various daily life things, and a trip she takes to learn more about wizardry (with a couple chapters devoted to traveling through the northern territory near the end). That&#8217;s not to say it&#8217;s bad, but it&#8217;s definitely a bait-and-switch.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Kenley-Davidson\/e\/B018B8YCZ6\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kenley Davidson<\/a>&#8216;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0CK6W3WH7\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">second<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offkorn.com\/blog\/when-the-moon-hatched-in-darkness-forged\/\" title=\"When the Moon Hatched &#038; in Darkness Forged\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Night Elves of Abreia<\/a> book on the other hand could be considered bad, depending on your point of view. There&#8217;s a massive amount of railroading here and the protagonist is continuously forced into doing things she does not want to do, while the romance aspects center on a less than stellar &#8216;love at first sight&#8217; variation in which neither person is willing to admit their feelings.
