While neither is handled badly, and I&#8217;m impressed at the author&#8217;s relative restraint regarding the permanent love interest count, there&#8217;s not really any variation in the character dynamics. It&#8217;s an average romcom harem through and through.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0CSJZ5MM6\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rebuild World IV<\/a> is the seventh book in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offkorn.com\/blog\/rebuild-world-i-surrendered-my-sword-for-a-new-life-as-a-mage\/\" title=\"Rebuild World &#038; I Surrendered My Sword for a New Life as a Mage\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the series<\/a> and has a similar issue to the above novel; a limited range of character behavior.
