Although there&#8217;s nothing to complain about in <em>The Avatar&#8217;s Flames<\/em>, the pacing in <em>Queen of Ice<\/em> leaves much to be desired while <em>The Obsidian Palace<\/em> marks a return to quality despite some uneven pacing in the second half. That said, I do not like how it concluded (neither in the palace itself nor the last-minute harem expansion) and have no desire to continue the series past this point.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Reborn-First-Boss-Book-Necropolis-ebook\/dp\/B0DX886TXB\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The sixth<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Stuart-Grosse\/e\/B071D343K7\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stuart Grosse<\/a>&#8216;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offkorn.com\/blog\/reborn-as-the-first-boss-1-2-leviathan\/\" title=\"REBORN as the FIRST BOSS #1-2 &#038; LEVIATHAN\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Reborn as the First Boss<\/a> novellas is an effectively self-contained dungeon run.
