The second half then picks up after a 3-year timeskip to center on bringing the fight into the demon lord&#8217;s territory, with a greater focus on Raniel&#8217;s former students.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Wicked-Princess-Twelve-Eyes-Villainess-ebook\/dp\/B0FJTPBY57\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Aku no Reijou to Juuni no Hitomi<\/a> (English subtitle: <em>The Legendary Villainess and Her Elite Assassins<\/em>) has a slightly misleading English title (she&#8217;s a duke&#8217;s daughter rather than a princess) and starts off with that standard villainess scenario of &#8216;crown prince fianc\u00e9 getting stolen by a light magic user&#8217;. The twist here though is that there is no twist, with the villainess being actually villainous and wholly guilty of her crimes. <\/p>\n<p>The actual twist is that she gets a second chance anyway and through the power of misunderstandings similar to those found in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offkorn.com\/blog\/the-strange-adventure-of-a-broke-mercenary-9-how-i-became-king-by-eating-monsters\/\" title=\"The Strange Adventure of a Broke MERCENARY #9 &#038; HOW I BECAME KING BY EATING MONSTERS\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Monster no Niku<\/a> (a work by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offkorn.com\/blog\/tag\/daken\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the same author<\/a>) becomes something resembling a good person.
