It’s just another normal weekend in Tokyo’s Harajuku district<\/a> for the PARK shopgirls Rito, Mari, and Kotoko… or at least it was before aliens suddenly invaded and began stealing the Earth’s cultural landmarks. Now it’s up to them to stop the invasion from claiming Harajuku as well, with the help of an alien defector in possession of imagination-based tools of great power.<\/p>\n

This starts out as a mix of slice of life and action with undercurrents of personal drama. At the halfway point however the dramatic aspects take over completely to turn it into a very different series for a time.<\/p>\n
