Despite not actually being short, it <em>feels<\/em> short both due to everything taking place in one location and because the story itself is episodic. If it weren&#8217;t for the fact that this event is pretty important to the overall plotline I would&#8217;ve said it was merely a transitional novel (similar to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offkorn.com\/blog\/the-unkindest-tide-archangels-war\/\" title=\"The Unkindest Tide &#038; Archangel\u2019s War\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Unkindest Tide<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B093ZNVTRF\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The twelfth<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/That_Time_I_Got_Reincarnated_as_a_Slime\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TenSura<\/a> novel meanwhile is basically a repeat of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offkorn.com\/blog\/that-time-i-got-reincarnated-as-a-slime-6-11\/\" title=\"That Time I Got Reincarnated as a SLIME #6-11\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Book 6<\/a> without any of the action. Also with a 1-year timeskip and an abrupt ending. On the positive side of things they don&#8217;t dwell too much on the Labyrinth RPG aspects and it <em>appears<\/em> as though the next book will have quite a bit of movement with the whole start of the East vs. West war.
