Less praiseworthy is the introduction of that old trope &#8216;the romance hits a rocky patch due to lack of communication&#8217;. An issue compounded by the fact that&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B08LD2VKHL\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mist<\/a> then retreads that exact same ground with the roles inexplicably reversed. Worse, there&#8217;s nothing whatsoever to offset it here since this novel is 95% fanservice content with almost nothing of value happening in it. It&#8217;s bad.
