The fourth<\/a> Kajiya<\/em> novel starts off much the same as the previous ones<\/a>, focusing mostly on food and home improvements. The problem lies in the second half; for some reason the author decided it would be a good idea to turn Helen into a meek damsel in distress. Worse, he brags<\/em> about this choice in the Afterword. So yeah, don’t think I’ll be following this any further.<\/p>\n

Leadale’s sixth entry<\/a> on the other hand is more of the same all the way through. Cayna still has a short temper while obliviously using excessively strong abilities that make her stand out. Only difference here is now you have a new character that she can use her full strength on without worrying about killing him. Plot-wise we get some background information on the the game world and why it became a real world… though it’s not all that helpful to be honest. Still an okay time waster, but it definitely needs a better editor to become anything more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
